本案案值高達(dá)6.92億元，涉嫌騙取出口退稅1.16億元，是2013年全國(guó)大規(guī)模打擊走私專項(xiàng)斗爭(zhēng)和聯(lián)合行動(dòng)中查獲的實(shí)際騙退稅金額最大的一起案件，也是江蘇近20年最大出口騙稅案。
2015年以來(lái)，被告單位南京百泰機(jī)電有限公司以該公司法定代表人、實(shí)際負(fù)責(zé)人被告人姚某民通過(guò)低報(bào)貨物交易價(jià)格的方式偷逃應(yīng)繳稅款。恒都代理姚某民取得緩刑結(jié)果。
2012年5月至2014年4月間，被告人馬某德走私進(jìn)口農(nóng)產(chǎn)品偷逃應(yīng)繳稅款共計(jì)人民幣1億余元。恒都代理馬某德取得減輕刑罰的判決。
2015年4月至2016年7月，黃某與某德公司偷逃稅款合計(jì)約1.2億元，法院采納了辯護(hù)人的大部分辯護(hù)意見(jiàn)，對(duì)被告處以法定刑以下減輕處罰。
